Why us

Why patients choose this clinic

The physiotherapist treats you, not an assistant

Every session is delivered by a qualified physiotherapist. You will not be put on a machine and forgotten for 20 minutes.

We tell you how many sessions it will take

An honest estimate up front, and a re-assessment every six sessions. If you're not improving, we say so.

Exercise-led, not machine-led

Ultrasound and TENS have their place, but lasting recovery comes from strength and movement. That's where your session time goes.

Home visits with real equipment

Our home visits bring resistance bands, mobilisation tools and a portable TENS unit — not just a pair of hands.

We coordinate with your doctor

Post-surgery cases are progressed strictly to your surgeon's protocol, with progress notes shared back.

You leave knowing what to do

Every patient gets a personalised home programme on video. Recovery continues on the days you don't see us.

How it works

How treatment works here

1

Detailed assessment (60 min)

History, movement testing, strength and range measurements. We read your MRI or X-ray if you have one — and tell you if you don't need one.

2

A written plan with a timeline

You get the diagnosis in plain language, the number of sessions expected, the total cost, and what 'better' will look like.

3

Hands-on sessions

45 minutes of manual therapy, guided exercise and modalities where they genuinely help — never a machine left running while staff attend someone else.

4

Home programme

Video demonstrations of your exercises sent on WhatsApp, updated as you progress. This is where 70% of your recovery happens.

5

Re-assessment every 6 sessions

We re-measure. If you are not improving, we change the plan or refer you on — we do not keep selling sessions.

About

About physioway

physioway holds and has spent years treating musculoskeletal and post-operative cases, including four years in the rehabilitation department of physioway. She started physioway because too many patients were being handed a heat pack and a bill. Here, every patient gets measured, gets a plan, and gets re-measured.

Recovery stories

★★★★★

Two orthopaedic surgeons told me to plan for a knee replacement. I did fourteen sessions here and a daily exercise routine. Eighteen months later I climb stairs without holding the railing and I have not scheduled the surgery.

Suresh P.
★★★★★

L4-L5 disc bulge from sitting twelve hours a day. She fixed my desk setup on the first visit and the pain was 60% down in three weeks. Ten sessions and I was back to normal.

Ankita J.
★★★★★

My mother could not stand without two people supporting her. After four months of home sessions three times a week she walks to the balcony on her own with a stick. They never once told us she would recover fully — they told us what was realistic, and then achieved it.

Mrs. Devi (via son)
★★★★★

Followed my surgeon's protocol exactly and put me through a return-to-sport test before clearing me. Playing competitive football again at seven months.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. In India you can consult a physiotherapist directly. If your case needs imaging or a specialist opinion, we will tell you and refer you.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the condition — typically 6 to 12 for common back and neck pain, 12 to 24 for post-surgery rehab, and ongoing for neurological cases. You get a realistic estimate after the first assessment, and we re-assess every six sessions.

Is home physiotherapy as effective as clinic sessions?

For most musculoskeletal conditions, yes — the therapy is the same. Clinic sessions have an edge when you need traction, larger equipment or a supervised gym progression. For elderly, post-operative and neuro patients, home visits are often better because we train you in your own environment.

Will physiotherapy hurt?

Some techniques cause temporary discomfort, and starting to load a stiff joint can feel sore for a day. It should never be severe. We work to a pain scale you control — you can stop any technique at any point.

Can physiotherapy help me avoid knee replacement surgery?

In early and moderate osteoarthritis, a structured strengthening programme often reduces pain enough to postpone surgery for years. In advanced bone-on-bone arthritis it can improve your surgical outcome but will not replace the operation. We will tell you which category you are in.

Do you accept insurance?

Outpatient physiotherapy is not covered by most Indian health policies unless it is part of a hospital admission. We provide itemised invoices and a prescription-linked treatment summary for any OPD reimbursement you are entitled to.

What should I wear to a session?

Loose, comfortable clothing you can move in — track pants or shorts for lower-limb and back problems, a sleeveless or loose top for shoulder and neck work.

Do you treat children and elderly patients?

Yes. We handle paediatric developmental cases and geriatric balance, fall-prevention and mobility work, including at home.

Been in pain for more than two weeks?

That's usually the point where it stops resolving on its own. Book an assessment and get a clear answer on what's wrong and how long it will take to fix.
